Latest Album and Summer Tour
Hi Everyone.
I haven’t personally added anything to my page yet, the wonderful Mr Marco Crawford has done most of this for me.
So I’ve beaten myself up into writing a post!
I wanted to cover 2 things:
a)Album Launch
b)Future gigs and summer tour
First of all I’d like to thank everyone who’ve bought my new album, it really helps. I’m pretty much singing for my supper at the moment, and considering I’m pretty unknown, that’s a very small supper! So again. Thank you.
Right to get things started.
a) Album Launch was a great success, thanks so much to everyone who came. My friend Charlie Veitch very kindly did a video of the whole night which you can watch here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWc1PTgKCBE (the dislikes appear to be for Charlie Veitch, he’s got something going on… which frankly I can’t be bothered to get involved with)
Me and Charlie Law (the man who produced the album) spent along time putting it together and I’ve been writing the whole thing for around a year, so I am charging for it.
Most people would say at this point, “well of course you are charging for it! why are you warning us?”
My answer to that question would be, I hate money, so much, it is a necessary evil, and I especially hate making people pay for my music, but there comes a point when you have to. It costs me to make the cds and I’d be shooting myself in the foot If I don’t charge for them. So yeah. Thanks. And I know it sounds ridiculous that I have to explain why I’m charging… but I do… don’t ask
I’ve now created a section on my website called “stereotype-cast” at the top, all details on how to download this album are there, if you do want a hard copy, please e-mail me and we’ll work something out (e-mail address is under the contact section, again, really if you have any questions, just drop me an e-mail, I will try to reply to all e-mails, I’m not one of these arrogant fucks who thinks they are too good to reply to there fans… god I hate those cunts.
On to the exciting news!
b) Summer Tour and Future gigs.
As you can see under my gig section, I’ve got a few gigs lined up up until June time, I also have tour dates after that.
I would like to stress, that Me, James and Charlie, are pretty un prepared for this tour, and it’s very “guerrilla style” .
As in, although we will be playing “gigs” and festivals, a lot of places will be open mics and house parties.
We’re going to be doing a lot of sofa surfing, so anyone who can help us in anyway (letting us use your shower, getting us a gig, giving us a foot massage) would automatically be our new best friend.
At the moment, it looks like we’re hitting:

Devon
Newquay
Aberdeen
Cardiff
Bridge end
Lincolnshire
Glasgow
That list is going to grow over the next 2 weeks quite considerably and there is no limit to the amount of places we can go to, and if you’d like us to come to your town, please, drop me an e-mail, Its very likely that I won’t charge anything.
